La Condesa is the perfect base to visit Mexico City, since it is very close to Reforma, El Zocalo, Bellas Artes, etc. Within a 5-minute walk, you will find grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, cinemas, Metrobus and Metro station. There are some wide avenues and lined with trees. It is mostly filled with restaurants, cafés, boutiques and art galleries. Some of these shops include the Rosario Castellanos bookstore, which includes a cáfe, an auditorium theatre and a children’s room, the Bar Malverde, with its lucha libre theme, and the Café La Gloria, which has been around for over a decade. Windows are doubled sealed but nevertheless some noise can still get in the apartament. 2. the building is ecological. We are obligued to use eco-heaters for the water. this means each load has 50lts of hot water. it should be used wiseley. once it is over one should wait 30-40 min for the next shower. showers last 5-8 min tops. 3.Strict No Pets rules in the building. Do not insist. ONLY Service dogs for the BLIND. 4. IDs will be required to register at the building security.
