We also do not have A/C and airflow management is critical to keeping the home comfortable. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom. We take cleanliness and sanitation seriously. Please contact us by 5:30pm on the day of your arrival if we need to send our cleaning staff to address any cleaning concerns you have. We are available 24 hours for any emergencies. This home is situated in the Coconino National Forest. We treat the home monthly for unwanted pests. If you leave food out or doors open we cannot guarantee that pests will remain outside the home. During the rainy season, you may see spiders enter the home, despite regular extermination. No refunds are provided for the presence of spiders, mice, or other pests.
