Pennwood Retreat - Private Basement Bedroom & Bath

Spacious basement room in quiet neighborhood 1 mile to Walmart, grocery, gas station & fast food. We are 10 minutes to Omni Bedford Springs & downtown Bedford which includes Olde Bedford Brewing and Bella Terra Winery. There are hiking/biking trails nearby in addition to 5 golf courses and Rocky Gap Casino. We are also centrally located to 4 different ski resorts. Dining options include Union Hotel, Black Valley Provender, LIFeSTYLE’s, 10/09, Golden Eagle, Bad Boyz Bistro, & Jean Bonnet Tavern. The space The basement area includes a comfy queen size bed. There is also a full size bed. The bathroom includes only a shower. There is no bathtub. The sink is a 2 bowl utility which is located directly outside of the bathroom. There is a comfy reclining couch also. The space includes a 50” Smart TV, microwave, hot plate, Keurig coffee maker & full size refrigerator for your use. There is a space heater available & electric fireplace to enjoy. The flooring is painted concrete but most areas are covered by rugs. Guest access The entire basement room is available to guests with the exception of a locked closet. There is a small patio outside for guests. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. No pets. No parties.
