NOTE: This is a spacious listing for TWO units. The first unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The second unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both are on the same floor and are next to each other.

This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities are:

Getting Around:

The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis. 18 minutes drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport. A 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. Next to TJ Maxx and the circle.

Other Things to Note:

Late check out fee is at $75/hour

There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors

No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated.

Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen and traditionally this was managed via a security deposit by the guest or by the owner charging the guest for damages. This is highly unpleasant and puts a bitter taste in everyone's mouth. With our “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage by the guest up to $1,500 is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Relax and enjoy the stay! It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected with CozySuites' Waivo coverage! The $35 damage waiver fee has been included in the cleaning costs. This applies for all reservations made on or after 1/1/2021.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:

1. 22 years old for out of town guests

2. 25 years old for local guests

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Interaction with Guests:

Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our automated entry system, however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise :)
