Everything really!\n\nEntertaining is encouraged at the house but there are strictly No Parties or Events allowed.\n \nThere are two Queen Size beds, a set of singe beds and a trundle bed. All beds have new mattresses and bedding and are super comfortable. \n\nThere is an ensuite bathroom to one of the QS bedrooms and another separate bathroom with bath. The instant hot water system will ensure a fantastic shower.\n\nThere is a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and board.\n\nThere is a TV with Netflix in the large lounge room with deep comfy couches to curl up on. There is an additional lounge space opposite the kitchen and dining room with a beautiful log fire.\n\nOverhead fans in the Queen bedrooms and main living room with air-conditioning in the kitchen\/living\/dinging room space all add to the level of comfort.\n\nOutside the garden is landscaped, with a large paved patio, table and chairs and BBQ. Help yourself to our beautiful lemon tree for your G&Ts if the season is right.\n\nThe house is fully fenced with a remote control operated rear car port as well as driveway space for additional cars.\n\nStreet parking is also absolutely fine. Walk one block to Thai takeaway, Wendlands fine food and cafe, bottle shop, bakery and beauty salon. No need to drive!\n\nWe have a port a cot, baby bath and high chair at the house. Guest access The entire house and garden is available to guests. Lockable carport and additional parking available in the driveway. Parking is also available on the street.
