It has been completely restored according to the traditions of the old and traditional village of Klima. - On the ground floor, in the living area with Pelion stone floor, it has two sofas that can be converted into 3 more beds. In the living/dining room of Villa ERIKA there is a kitchenette with fridge and electric hob for breakfast; it communicates with a bathroom/shower box and the double bedroom equipped with wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table with mirror. The room has the Pelion stone floor typical of the island, which gives the environment an atmosphere of other times and communicates outside with a private panoramic covered terrace that surrounds Villa ERIKA on three sides. On the ground floor all the rooms, except the bathroom, communicate with the large covered panoramic veranda which is also shaded by a dark mulberry tree and equipped with a gas-fired KITCHEN CORNER and a sink located under a canopy. The large veranda is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs, communicates with the outdoor kitchen and has an incredible view that starts from the island of EVIA then the island of SKIATHOS with its islets around to then arrive at the port and the village of Glossa which, when lit up in the evening, give an exceptional show! - As mentioned, Villa ERIKA is part of the SECRET SPORADES Panoramic Residence, at night the access gates, of which you will have the keys, will be closed for greater safety of the guests who will have the keys. Guest access Guests have access to the complete ERIKA Villa, to the MUNICIPAL AREAS of aggregation of the complex like the BIG PANORAMIC TERRACE, the laundry room, the outdoor kitchens, the RELAX common area, panoramic and shaded. The SECRET SPORADES private complex, of which Villa ERIKA is a part, can also accommodate small groups and has leisure or relaxation common areas that can be used by guests as follows: - THE GREAT PANORAMIC TERRACE suitable for recreational activities, aggregation, meditation, painting courses, dance, gymnastics or special events respecting the common tranquility. It is equipped with large OUTDOOR KITCHEN with oven and wood-burning barbecue, gas stove and sink as well as two dedicated man / woman bathrooms and a closed room with refrigerators and WASHING MACHINE. - A grove with shaded RELAXATION ZONE where you can read a book, play a card game or have a good chat .... - EXTERNAL KITCHENS for lunches and dinners. - Local use free LAUNDRY on reservation to avoid unnecessary waiting. - Access to the sea below by road through the PARK of olive and almond trees of the property. With calm sea the water is very clear and excellent for snorkeling.   We recommend maximum attention to children and guests who can not swim   which we recommend the use of suitable equipment. Our beach is in its natural state and  it's not equipped for sea rescue. We recommend shoes for the rock. (You see   photo / video).
