Sissi Boutique is a renovated Villa, offering private accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while being within walking distance from daily amenities and just a short drive from Rethymno old town. The space Nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Pigi, Sissi Boutique Villa is a private holiday haven, for those seeking a relaxing holiday in a traditional Mediterranean location, away from busy city life. The villa is within walking distance from daily amenities and just a short drive from the beach and the lively old town Rethymno. Sissi Boutique Villa is consisted of 3 independent units, providing privacy to its guests, making it ideal for big groups, who want to spend their holidays together. In total, the property covers 260 sq. m. and can accommodate 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms. Entering the Villa you are welcomed by the beautiful pool terrace and private swimming pool. At your left hand there is a stair leading on the first floor. Straight ahead is the main entrance of the ground floor and on your right hand you will find the kitchen and living room. Layout Ground Floor From the ground floor's main entrance we enter into a cosy siting area, which leads to three of the Villa’s bedrooms, one of which is double-bedded (1,60X2,00 m) and has a beautiful old fireplace and direct access to the pool terrace. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each (0,90X2,00 m), which can also be used as Queen size bed if required. One of them also opens up to the pool terrace, while the other one has access to an inner courtyard with a siting area. Finally, a laundry room is at your disposal, offering a washing machine. Next to the pool, the open-plan living room and kitchen area, provide a sense of outdoor living, as the floor to ceiling glass, folding doors open completely and are airy and sunny all day long. The living room features a comfortable sofa and 48’’ HD smart TV with Netflix, bluetooth speaker, and Wii gaming consoles and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you may need for a self-catered holiday, including a dining table for 10 guests. Additionally, an extra WC is available next to the living room. First Floor Ascending the stairs from the terrace to the first floor unit, a veranda overlooking the pool offers a nice relaxing spot, leading to the second sitting area with a sofa and armchairs. The remaining two bedrooms of the Villa are spacious and stylish, as well as the rest of the Villa, modernly decorated with care. One of them is equipped with 2 single beds (which can also be used as a Queen size bed), a working office, siting area and a small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The last bedrooms features a King size bed, sitting area with a sofa and balcony doors which open up to a large veranda overlooking the pool, equipped with patio furniture. All five bedrooms are equipped with 32’’ HDTVs, A/C, safety box, small fridge and the beds are equipped with orthopaedic mattresses and pillows by Candia Strom. Furthermore, each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and Korres bathroom amenities. Outdoor area The spacious outdoor area of 100 sq. m. is the highlight of Sissi Boutique Villa and ensures that all of our guests can find a way to enjoy their day! More specifically, the outdoor facilities include: - A 35 sq.m. swimming pool with a four-seat hydromassage function. The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice. - Sun beds, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. - Fully equipped barbecue facilities at the pool terrace, next to the kitchen. Furthermore, an outdoor sink is also available for your comfort and ease. - 3 bicycles (2 for adults and 1 for children) are also available for our guests. - The Villa is fenced and has a private entrance. - A public, free, fenced parking space is available 30 meters away from the Villa. ** Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
