Plenty of hiking, fishing, climbing, mountain biking, rafting, and amazing restaurants within minutes of the property. Not much local transportation is available--a car is needed. Other things to note Timber Creek Ranch is being developed as part of an exclusive community in Salida. There may be maintenance personnel occasionally on the property as we improve the grounds and further develop the amenities.
