On the parking level, you'll also discover an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for rinsing off the salt and sand after a long day at the beach. The kitchen greets you with brightness and openness, complete with breakfast seating at the counter. To your left, the inviting dining area beckons, situated in front of sliding glass doors that offer breathtaking views of the majestic Atlantic Ocean. The heart of the home, the living area, revolves around another set of sliding glass doors that lead to the deck facing the ocean. Behind the living area, you'll discover the master suite, a tranquil retreat adorned with a queen bed and a private bathroom. Ascend the elegant spiral staircase to find the second and third bedrooms, as well as a second bathroom. The upstairs hallway overlooks the lower level, infusing the space with ample natural light and a cozy atmosphere.
