Other things to note ✶ Our City Location ✶ Blue Harbor View is ideally positioned at the gateway to downtown, offering panoramic Lake Superior views and walkability to the harbor, shoreline trails, cafés, and breweries. As shown in our aerial photo, the home sits along Front Street at the end of a short dead-end road. With this prime location comes the authentic rhythm of a vibrant harbor town, and occasional traffic sounds are part of the setting. If you prefer a quiet country retreat, this may not be the ideal match. But if you appreciate views, access, and the energy of city life by the lake, you’ll feel right at home here. ✶ Air Conditioning ✶ A new energy-efficient mini-split air conditioning system will be installed in May 2026 and will be available for stays beginning at that time. ✶ Our Rental Agreement ✶ We ask guests to e-sign our guest contact form and rental agreement within 7 days of booking. This helps ensure we're all on the same page. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. ✶ Check-in/Check-out Times ✶ Check-in begins at 4:00 pm or later. Check-out is required by 11:00 am. A late check-out fee may apply if the home is not vacated by that time.
