There are 4 in total. We install air conditioning as season requires us (Apr. 1 - Nov. 1) HEATING: Wintertime heat is cozy natural gas log fireplace, natural gas heat, and there are extra electric space heaters as well. Seasonally appropriate linen provided. Comfy living room furniture, sofa, loveseat, chair, coffee table. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, indoor grill and griddle, large capacity Maytag wall oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Krups espresso maker, Mr. Coffee 12 cup coffee pot, toaster oven, toaster, waffle maker, crock pot, clay baker and more. We stock you K cups, non dairy cream, sugar, teas, and treats/breakfast bars. There are basic spices and oil. Dining room adjacent to kitchen has a workspace desk, ethernet, super fast WiFi, charging for USB/Ac, power strip. King bedroom (Nectar memory firm foam 11” mattress) and Queen bedroom (10” extra firm memory foam); Queen bedroom also has a recliner chair. King room has an antique piano. Washer, Dryer, Ironing board. You provide your own detergent. Full bath with tub/shower, hair dryer, soap, linens, shampoo. Pets are welcome with no deposit and with approval of certain breeds/sizes; please inquire if you have larger dogs. Pets above the allowed 2 need to be approved; extra fees may apply. Locally owned and operated in a friendly neighborhood setting adjacent to historic Rutherfordton, Tryon Equestrian, Marion, Morganton, Columbus, Black Mountain, Shelby, Saluda, half hour to Spartanburg, SC, one hour and a half to Charlotte, and beautiful scenery is all around. Our Rutherford County premiere RAILS TO TRAILS is paved for biking/walking and connects all our local communities from Gilkey to Ruth to Spindale to Forest City, NC. Just 5 mi to Rutherford Airport, 14 mi to TIEC. 1 hour to Asheville Airport, 1.5 hr to Charlotte Douglas International Airport. We welcome long term guests. Guest access List all of the guests and the names of all guests who will be staying with you and all pets and their weight and breed in your reservation request. 4 guests allowed. 2 pets allowed under 75 pounds. You use the entire house, yard, and amenities with the exceptions of two storage rooms are off limits/locked at back of house and a garage at back of property is locked for storage of maintenance equipment. Park vehicles in the driveway, park vehicles leaking fluids in the grass, if you have small horse trailers/Uhauls, or motorbikes, park next to driveway's middle section to the side in the grass. Feel free to turnaround or back into the side of the middle area of the driveway in the grass. No large gatherings and no number of guests allowed over the guests you informed of in your reservation. Other things to note Check in is Self Check In and Contactless. We will send access instruction two days prior to your check in. There is NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed in the home. Yes this includes vaping, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or otherwise! There is an ashtray provided on the front porch and patio for you to smoke outdoors only. Wifi Is High Speed Cable Internet with Ethernet Capability as well, 1 GIG. Remote workers have great video conferencing or streaming options. If you have any special needs or allergies, let us know ahead of time so that we can make sure your stay is comfy. Regarding pets: no more than two pets per group/family and no dogs over 75 pounds. Extra charge of $25 per dog/pet added over 2, ask first please. Inform us upon booking of the number, type, age and breed of dog or pet.
