For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date. Partial Refunds: Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
