Stunning apartment in Miraconcha street, the most luxurious street in Spain. Right in front of La Concha beach, breathtaking views of the sea and beach from the apartment, as you can see in our front picture, which is taken from our terrace! The space Our apartment is exactly what you see on the pictures, a luxurious space that includes a bedroom, living room, private bathroom, kitchen with oven, cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and many other appliances. We have TVs on the bedroom and living room. And of course our large terrace where you can have your meal while enjoying the views of the ocean and city. In case you come by car and need parking, we have a private parking garage that we usually rent out for a price that varies depending on the month of the year. In case you're interested please let me know when booking the apartment, since the garage needs to be booked in advanced. The parking option is subject to availability. The apartment has air-conditioned with a portable window A/C unit, not central A/C. Guest access The apartment will be entirely and exclusively for you to use. To enter the unit, thanks to our self check-in system you can access the apartment as soon as you arrive in San Sebastian, at any time after 4pm (once our professional cleaner has finished preparing the apartment for your stay) using the apartment keys you will find in our lockbox. Without waiting upon arrival or meeting anybody to collect the keys. Our key lockbox is located at the door of our private parking garage. Having said that, from our end we will be more than happy to welcome you personally to hand you the keys, show the apartment and provide recommendations about the city, if you wish.
