The space The building has three elevators and a service elevator. There are free public parking areas across the street and in the surrounding area, and since 2021 all parking areas in Empuriabrava are free. Guests also have Wi-Fi included in the price of their stay and nearby amenities such as supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, laundromats, banks and bus stops. During your stay We give our guests total independence, but we are at their disposal if they need us. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES: Standard check-in times are between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-out times are between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Check-outs are not allowed after 10:00 am. This is the deadline for leaving the accommodations, and for check-outs made after 12:00 pm, the guest will be charged the amount of an additional night as a penalty. In accommodations with air conditioning and heating, the meter will be read at check-in and again at check-out. As long as the consumption is reasonable, no extra charge will be made, but in exceptional cases where clearly excessive and disproportionate consumption is detected, the corresponding amount will be charged. Hand soap and toilet paper are included in our rates. In accommodations with a community pool and other common leisure spaces, guests must accept and respect the rules for their use in accordance with the provisions of the Community of Owners.
