As you enter the unit, you are welcomed by a beautifully decorated kitchen with granite counter tops, high-end cabinetry and stainless appliances. In the dining area, there is a dining table with seating for up to 6. The family room has a comfy sofa (includes a sleeper sofa) and chair, a recliner chair and flat screen TV. Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds. There are many amenities provided including washer and dryer, linens and towels, Free wifi, tile flooring in main living areas, hallway full bathroom for guests and wrap-around screened in lanai with outdoor seating. Please note, during winter season months (mid December to mid April), our property is rented Saturday to Saturday a with one week minimum. There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
