Downstairs: a bright living/dining room with wood-burning fireplace and garden views, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, wine glasses, BBQ utensils), a full bathroom, and a charming front patio with tables and benches — ideal for breakfast outdoors. Up the cast iron spiral staircase: the main bedroom with a 160cm queen bed and dedicated work desk (great for remote workers), two further bedrooms each with two 105cm singles, a second full bathroom with bathtub, and a large private balcony with panoramic views of the pool, countryside and El Torcal — the sunsets here are genuinely spectacular. 🏊‍♀️ The garden & pool The private outdoor pool is open year-round, 24 hours, with steps for easy entry — safe for young children. Sun loungers, a shaded BBQ station and outdoor dining area mean you'll want to spend most of your time outside. The surrounding olive grove and quiet country tracks are perfect for morning walks. 🧸 Families & little ones The fully fenced garden and shallow pool steps make this genuinely safe for children. Fireplace guards and window guards are installed. Baby bath, changing table, highchair, outlet covers, table corner guards and cot available on request. No shared spaces with anyone. The garden is fully fenced with tall hedges, just 300 metres from a small village via a paved road. The pool is around 8 square metres with an irregular shape, unheated, and completely private — fully surrounded by tall hedges and trees so no one can see in from outside. The garden is fully fenced and secure for pets. A short walk gets you to a supermarket, local bar and a historic hermitage. Free parking for 3 cars on the driveway, including a pay-per-use EV charger. Other things to note 🚗 Getting around: A car is strongly recommended. Public transport in the area is very limited, there are no taxis nearby, and taxis to/from Málaga airport or train station are expensive.
