The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in the municipality of Varna, less than 2 km from the beautiful historic town of Bressanone. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a corridor. The apartment faces south and west and has a balcony and a spacious terrace. There is no air conditioning. BrixenCard is included The space The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV and has a Netflix account. Parking in front of the house and WiFi are free. We provide sheets and towels. To make your stay more comfortable, we have chosen natural materials. Upon arrival you will find fresh fruit and nuts, as well as everything you need for a simple breakfast. Guest access The rent includes the entire apartment. It is possible to check-in by yourself in order to be completely independent and flexible. Other things to note Upon your arrival you will receive the BrixenCard for free with numerous benefits: free use of public transport, free access to the aquarena and to almost all museums in South Tyrol.
