The space If you are looking for a long stay, this is one of your best options. The facilities and amenities include a spacious kitchen with freezer and fridge for food/meat/drinks storage. Also, we have added a washing machine lately. Families with kids enjoy our place most because of the ample play space for the kids. There is a fairly large outside space that hosts a garden, a large family-size swimming pool and a thatch-roofed patio where the family can sit, eat, play, relax and/or watch the pool and garden. The location is away from the noise of the city center, yet close enough for daily shuttle - approximately over 90% of residents here work at the city center. This gives you quietness and serenity when home. Loud music is permitted since you own the whole space. But kindly keep it low after 8pm. The bathroom is "outdoor" and there is perfect security and privacy as the neighborhood is a very safe one and your space is gated. We live right in the next compound. Guest access Guests have access to everywhere. Other things to note PARKING There is a safe private parking within the gated compound. The space can take two normal cars. With the gate open, the parking space is on the garden at the right side; so it is not a straight drive-in. You have to drive towards the right from the gate.
