Right in the heart of the very secure, serene and mostly expat community neighborhood of Triunfo in Maputo. This facility offers perfect security, ample space, relaxation and peace of mind. The space If you are looking for a long stay, this is one of your best options. The facilities and amenities include a spacious kitchen with freezer and fridge for food/meat/drinks storage. Also, we have added a washing machine. Families with kids enjoy our place because of the ample play space for the kids. There is a fairly large outside space that hosts a garden, a large family-size swimming pool and a thatch-roofed patio where the family can sit, eat, play, relax and/or watch the pool and garden. We are located in one of the most secure areas of Maputo, home to senior government officials, military and para-military personnel, corporate executives and entrepreneurs. The location is away from the noise of the city center, yet close enough for daily shuttle - approximately over 90% of residents here work at the city center. This gives you quietness and serenity when home. Loud music is permitted since you own the whole space. But kindly keep it low after 8pm. The bathroom is outdoor and there is perfect security and privacy as the neighborhood is a very safe one and your space is gated. Guest access Guests have access to everywhere. Other things to note PARKING There is a safe private parking within the gated compound. The space can take two normal cars. With the gate open, the parking space is on the garden at the right side; so it is not a straight drive-in. You have to drive towards the right from the gate. FOREIGNERS If coming into Maputo for the first time, or not too familiar with Maputo, it is advisable to get a local sim card with data at the border/airport. This will aid your communication. But more importantly, a local number will help you utilize the local ride hailing service called YANGO. It's like Uber. it's more convenient, cheaper and safe if you don't have your own transport or you plan to move around with taxis. Once you get the local sim with data, download the app and submit your new local number when completing personal details. We wish you a lovely stay in Mozambique.
