The deck right off the main room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the South Lake Tahoe sunshine. You'll have access to shared pools. You'll love being located steps away from the beaches of Lake Tahoe and within walking distance to State Line and Ski Run Boulevard. On the property, there are two shared swimming pools for you to enjoy. Only a mile away, you will find casinos, shopping, a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife. Things to Know Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only. Ski shuttle details: Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
