The renovation of a large apartment has just been completed, which sought to combine the Viennese flavor of the historic building with the practicality and functionality of today's living. Palazzo Vidmar is located in the central area of Gorizia, a stone's throw from the park and the main street that connects the railway station to the historic center. The space The apartment extends over almost the entire first floor and consists of an entrance, a corridor that distributes four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a living room with a kitchen block. It is the result of the renovation of the noble floor of Palazzo Vidmar, built between the two wars in the district of the Austrian villas. The accommodation has been designed to also respond to medium-long stays of large families (even with small children) or groups of friends, providing a living-lounge space with a minimal but perfectly organized kitchenette. The furniture is essential but effective. The systems and appliances are new. Upon request, additional appliances, work tables and other items can be provided in the list of services offered. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi with unlimited gigabit ultra-fast fiber 2.5 gigabit, two HD TVs, one of which is a smart TV with Prime channel subscription, schuko sockets and USB fast charger (fast charging), alarm clocks, radio and bluetooth speakers, hairdryer, independent thermo heating, air conditioning in each room, double glazed windows with mosquito nets, washing machine, iron and all the other comforts you can imagine. Guests are provided with personal hygiene and cleaning products, tablecloths, towels and clean sheets, pillows of your choice, duvets and support quilts. At the entrance you will find a technical compartment with a washing machine and a boiler. From the entrance you can reach two distinct areas with their rooms and bathrooms. The courtyard where you can leave your bikes is common to the entire condominium. It is easy to find a parking space in the street, right below the building. The neighborhood is particularly quiet. Other things to note The apartment is ideal for stays of a week or more, but its features also make it suitable for quick overnight stays. It's brand new: easy to use and clean. We follow Airbnb's anti-Covid protocol when cleaning the apartment. Upon request, it is possible to expand the range of appliances available or add additional furnishings. All beds are single (80X200) but can be connected in a double format. Two comfortable sofa beds are available, one in a bedroom and the other in the living room. In addition, cots, a crib, an air mattress, and floor mattresses are available on request to expand the variety of beds. The flexibility with which the accommodation was conceived allows you to organize the presence of even more families at the same time and particularly large groups.
