The space Roseneath is a traditional Cornish cottage which retains many of the its original features while still providing many modern amenities throughout. Set in the picturesque and lively town of St Agnes, you have many wonderful eateries, independent shops and pubs close by and you are just a short walk from the stunning Trevaunance Cove; this lovely holiday home is quietly tucked away, providing a peaceful escape in all seasons. Roseneath is absolutely charming with period features and beautifully decorated and furnished. A cosy snug room boasts an inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove and television which opens up into the light and spacious dining area with doors out to the courtyard sitting area. In addition to this inviting living space is the main sitting room with television – perfect for family film nights after long days at the beach. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and provides you with everything needed to cook up home-cooked meals. There is a useful ground floor bedroom with a double bed, along with a shower room and a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there are three delightful bedrooms; one plush king-size room, one cosy double room and one bunk bed room. All have use of the superb and spacious family bathroom, with a bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC. St Agnes is located on a World Heritage Site as well as also being in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this charming town has so much for you to explore and discover. Follow the South West Coastal Path and stumble across historical sites such as Wheal Coates. Or spend a day down at Trevaunance Cove exploring the rockpools and trying your hand surfing.
