La Flore de Lys is a charming cottage with garden, terrace and sea view, located 330 m from the sea and 10 minutes from Étretat by car. Located in Saint Jouin Bruneval in Upper Normandy, in a classified Historic site: the Valleuse de Bruneval. Ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, but not suitable for 4 adults, as the toilet is located in the bathroom open to the bedroom on the 1st floor. This brand new cottage, built in 2013/14, is an extension of the main house. On the ground floor: Living/dining room, very well equipped open-plan kitchen, filter coffee maker, kettle, fridge and small freezer, oven, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, table and 4 chairs, sofa bed, wood stove, electric heating, Wi-Fi internet connection, TV, DVD player On the first floor: A bedroom incorporating its bathroom with toilet, open to the bedroom with also a balcony overlooking the garden, with TV.
