The Loft at Peake’s Retreats, + private hot tub

‘The Loft’ at Peake’s Retreats is a self-contained, self catering accomodation with private hot tub. An annex to the main farmhouse the loft is only accessed by you and not shared with the farmhouse or other guests. A private entrance takes you into the kitchen with a cloakroom area. Upstairs is your large bedroom with super kingsize bed, and smart tv Your bathroom is accessed from the small landing at the top of the stairs. With shower over bath and complimentary Neals Yard toiletries. The space The Loft and it’s facilities, as described in the description summary above, cannot be accessed by anybody else during your stay. The loft has its own private hot tub only for your use during your stay. The Loft consists of downstairs kitchen, and upstairs large bedroom and bathroom (these spaces are NOT shared, and cannot be accessed by anybody else during your stay). Views from your bedroom are to the east over the fields of Staffordshire and our local church, and to the west over our glampsite of three yurts (which can sleep up to 6 guests each), where you will also find the BBQ hut which is also available for you to use and is shared between the yurts and the loft. Charcoal is not included but can be purchased onsite. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Dogs are welcome onsite for an additional £30 cleaning fee, please let us know before arrival if you will be bringing a dog with you. Please note our dog fee covers the additional housekeeping required after a stay to ensure all hairs and smells etc are removed for the next guests. It does not cover urinating in the property or damage caused by chewing or scratching etc which will be charged extra for. Dogs must be kept on a lead at ALL times when onsite, and not left alone in the property at any time, even if crated.
