Inside this picturesque property, the inviting sitting room is warmed by a cosy wood burning stove, and the light, airy kitchen with dining area provides everything you need to enjoy a delicious meal prepared from the vast array of fresh Yorkshire produce. Admire the spectacular scenery from property's the windows as the light changes throughout the day. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and dual aspect windows meaning you can wake up to breathtaking vista over a morning cuppa. Bedroom two hosts comfortable twin beds and enjoys views across Burnsall and the river. These rooms are served by a bathroom featuring bath with shower over. The real uniqueness of this charming cottage is the wonderful scenery accompanied by the sound of a trickling stream. Immerse yourself in this special outdoor space by dining al fresco gathered around the outdoor dining table, or enjoy a quiet moment perched on the outdoor sofa. Take a walk up the nearby fell and gaze down at the village, one of North Yorkshire's most beautiful, with a 16th century bridge over the river Wharfe that winds through Wharfedale. Or, better still, book in for afternoon tea at The Devonshire Fell, to take in the scenery over a cup of tea with scones, jam, and cream! A little further afield, just two miles away, the popular village of Grassington provides yet more outstanding scenery, walks and pretty cobbled streets leading to independent shopping and eateries. Various locations in Grassington featured in the re-make of the popular television series All Creatures Great and Small. In the winter months there are many attractions to see and do for all ages, with Grassington well known for it's Christmas market, and Kilnsey Trout Fishery 15 minutes further up the dale. Rear hallway Shoe rack and coat hooks. First Floor: Master bedroom With a 5' king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and lovely views. Bedroom two With a twin 3' beds and views to the fell. Family bathroom Bath with shower overhead, wash basin and WC. Outside: Small paved area at the front of the cottage with garden furniture seating four guests. Private parking opposite the cottage on the grassed area.
