Nestled between two Unesco world heritage sites, the Obergermanian Rhaetian Limes and the Upper Middle Rhine Valley, you will find Andrea's cozy apartment in the Limes municipality of Pohl. Excursion destinations such as Koblenz with Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, the Rhine Valley with Loreley and summer toboggan run,the Marksburg in Braubach, the Limburg Cathedral, the Lahn and Mosel Valleys can be reached in half an hour by car. The space Our apartment, renovated in summer 2018, has a large and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hot air oven with large hob, two coffee machines (powder/ pods possible), microwave, refrigerator, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, cookware, kitchen porcelain, dining table with corner bench and 3 chairs, coffee counter with stool, and a high chair for infants. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a toilet, tub, shower, changing table, washing machine and ironing board. In addition, a separate toilet with hand sink is available. The bedroom has a large double bed (2 m x 2 m), wardrobe, a baby bed and satellite TV. In the living room is a comfortable sofa with box-spring double bed function (1.6 m x 2 m) and a smart TV. A cozy garden with comfortable garden furniture, barbecue facilities and sun loungers with parasol invites you to linger and eat. Free guest Wi-Fi (DSL 10,000) is available free of charge. Guest access Access on the ground floor to the entire apartment with kitchen , living room, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet with sink. Other things to note We heat our entire house climate-neutral. We operate our modern wood central heating with hot water supply exclusively with wood from the surrounding community forest. A small group of free-roaming chickens will provide you with your breakfast egg fresh on the table on request. The holiday apartment is on the ground floor and can be easily reached via a staircase. Attention: The room height is on average about 2.10 m.
