Welcome to the beach

This 6-person, 1-1/2-bathroom modern condo hotel suite offers beautiful, slightly obstructed views of the Gulf as soon as you enter. The large balcony provides a perfect spot to soak up the sun and then, watch the day become night. The large master bedroom has a King bed and a full bathroom, while the smaller, secondary bedroom has a Queen Bed. Additional guests can be made comfortable using the full-sized sofa bed in the living room. Please note that the queen bedroom does not have a window. The space Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym (designed by world-renowned gym designer Danny Musico), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a washer and dryer. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. Guest access This brand-new building is just a short, 10-minute walk from Pier 60, the hub of sunset activity. There are multiple restaurants just steps away. Should you want to plan a longer journey, there is a Beach Trolly that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to taxis, Uber, and Lyft. Other things to note Please note that at least one guest staying in the unit must be 21 or older. A $200 hold for incidentals will be placed on your debit or credit card when you check in. The balance of the hold will be released back to your bank after accounting for any room charges. Charges paid at the property: Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite). Should you choose to park with us, the cost is $42.80/night. We are a dog-friendly resort; we allow 1 dog of max. 30lb or 2 dogs that equal the maximum weight. If you bring your pup with you, we charge $96.05/night to cover additional cleaning needed. Please contact us at the property if you have questions about size restrictions. Qualified ADA service dogs, including PSDs, are exempt from the Pet fee. Please note that ESA dogs are not covered under the ADA certification and will be charged as pets. If you need a Pack n Play, we have these available for $21.40/night We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.
