The 200 square meters apartment fitting up to 16 people is located on the third floor of a very charming building, with original ceiling stucco and fine old wooden floors, but without elevator. It features 8 bedrooms, one living and dining room with a fantastic view over Lisbon, 3 complete bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, and plenty of sunlight. Room #3 accessible via Room #4 Bedroom Preparations: - The apartment will only be prepared for the number of people selected in the reservation Important Information: - This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected. - No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm). - Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden. - Air conditioning or central heating not provided (portable heaters and fans provided) - Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise. - This apartment requires a security deposit to be blocked on your credit card, which works as an insurance the rules will be respected and the apartment well taken care. Check-in & Check-out: Check-in: starting at 16:00 Check-out: until 11:00 - This apartment offers a convenient Self-Check-in process - once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive instructions and procedures to get your Access Code and perform the Self-Check-in. - On the day of your check-out, just ensure you exit the apartment until 11:00. Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines. - It’s not possible to store luggage at the apartment after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info) - Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to withhold the access code until all required procedures are completed by the guests. - In exceptional circumstances, an in-person check-in may be required, which, if conducted after 20:00, will incur a €30 late check-in fee. To avoid any last-minute complications, we strongly recommend completing all procedures in advance. Extra Guests: It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (35€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount. Security Deposit: This apartment requires a security deposit of 300€ to be blocked on your credit card. - You will receive an email 7 days before the check-in requesting you to associate a credit card so it can be blocked 2 days before your check-in. - If the rules of the apartment are respected the security deposit will be automatically released up to 7 days after your check-out.
