One bedroom is located on the first floor in the back of the apartment. It's fitted with a queen size bed, a dresser as well as a closet for extra storage. The master bedroom is located on the second floor of the home and is fitted with a queen-size bed, a closet and a small, half ensuite bathroom. The final bedroom, fitted with three twins and one full sized bed, is located on the second floor and has a closet for storage. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are two bathrooms in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. The full bathroom is located on the first floor of the home and has a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom on the second floor contains a small(!) half ensuite bathroom. ☆☆ KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The kitchen area is small but mighty, and is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. There's a dining table in the kitchen which seats 6. All dining essentials are provided to enjoy a comfortable home-cooked meal at the table. The living room is situated on the main level of the home and is kitted with a smart TV with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. There is seating for 5 people in the living room. This unit features a cozy sun room at the front of the home equipped with seating for 4. We also have portable fans to use in the living room area. Guests staying at this beach getaway have full access to all listed rooms and amenities. This home is located in a welcoming, residential neighborhood. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and a unique code will be given to guests prior to check-in. Surfside has enough parking for two vehicles in the driveway. Other things to note - Guests must e-sign the TopHost Vacation Rentals property rental agreement in order to receive the access codes to the property.
