Our 2500 Sq.ft. house is very cozy and comfortable. It is well appointed and has everything you will need for a night/week or month. We have a gourmet kitchen, jacuzzi tub in master, access to pool/tennis. Quiet and friendly neighborhood with nearby shopping, eating and entertainment. It is located half way between downtown Raleigh and downtown Durham, very close to RDU airport, RTP and major highways. It is also very convenient to NCSU, UNC and DUKE. The space Our home will make you feel warm and welcome. We have included many personal touches to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. You will find a very open floor plan with a well equipped gourmet kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats 8, great for playing cards or board games. A large master bedroom conveniently located on the main floor. The large luxurious master bath is equipped with a jetted spa tub and aroma therapeutic bath salts. Soft towels and soft robes are there for you in both bathrooms. The living room has a very open feeling with cathedral ceilings and has been updated with newly reupholstered furniture, new area rug and all new carpeting. For entertainment there is a surround sound smart home theater system with a 42" flat screen HDTV with internet TV (HBO included). There are board games and even a poker set for when you just want to hang out at the house. There is an office equipped with a wireless printer and shredder. Wireless internet is available throughout the house. Maps are available so you can quickly acclimate yourself to the area. You will also find a binder with a collection of things to do, places to see and a long list of wonderful local restaurants. The house has a completely furnished loft area that overlooks the living room. Every bedroom has a ROKU TV with cable and internet, ceiling fan, room darkening curtains and a USB surge protected charging station. The large second bedroom with a work area is located upstairs and conveniently connected to the full bathroom. The third bedroom can easily be converted from two twin XL size beds to one king size bed or vice versa upon request. The house also has a 2 car garage with enough room for 2 extra cars in the driveway. The outside patio has seating for eight, a small herb garden, an umbrella with lights and a gas grill. There are two touring bicycles with helmets ready to go and four tennis rackets with tennis balls. Guest access The house is equipped with a keyless entry with your own private code, so no need to worry about keys. There is a gated community pool which is open from Mother’s Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The gated tennis courts, workout room and playground are open and available with a key year round.
