Built in the 1960s and featuring a refreshing spa pool, this apartment is located just outside Downtown Dallas in a vibrant, up-and-coming urban area. You’ll be just minutes from Deep Ellum, Lower Greenville, and Fair Park, with easy access to all the city has to offer. Expect original foundation and layout. The space This fun space is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and sofa sleeper. A Pack-N-Play is available if needed for guests with little ones. There is a relaxation 3 ft deep Spa Pool that is shared with our small apartment community but our guests are welcome to use. One of our favorite features is the comfy hammock swing in the bedroom. Great for reading and/or working from you phones or laptops. Guest access Guest has access to our entire apartment, our community spa pool, and the gated parking. Other things to note Message your host to secure your spot to the beautiful Dallas Arboretum. Admission Time: 10am MON-SAT *request must be made 48 hours in advance, scheduling is based on 1st come, 1st served. We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our apartments are up-to-date with city inspections. Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.
