The holiday flat with 90 square metres of living space and separate entrance is on the ground floor and has satellite TV, telephone incl. DSL access (WLAN equipment). The space The cosy living room with sofa and TV invites you to linger. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed. There is also an extra bed and a baby cot available. Bed linen and towels are provided. The separate kitchen with dining table, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, egg cooker, microwave and freezer box leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom with shower and WC completes the overall picture. You also have your own access to the terrace with garden furniture. There is also a sauna for relaxation in the house. There is a parking space for your car at the house. Other things to note Our 94 m² holiday flat (house) is in a very quiet and idyllic location in the Vierhäuser district of the municipality of Mauth-Finsterau, right next to the Bavarian Forest and Bohemian Forest National Park. Welcome to the Bavarian Forest The Bavarian Forest has a lot to offer for older guests, young people, families, sports and nature enthusiasts. Whether mountain biking, skating, hiking, cross-country skiing, skiing and snowboarding or just enjoying the beautiful real nature. There is guaranteed to be something for YOU. In the municipality of Mauth-Finsterau there is a swimming lake and more than 200 km of signposted hiking and cycling trails for nature lovers. In winter, 11 perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails with a total length of more than 100 km are available, or you can visit the nearby Mitterdorf ski centre. Other excursion destinations in the surrounding area include Treetop Walk, Bavarian Forest National Park where you can go on hikes through the animal enclosures, Finsterau Open-Air Museum, the ‘City of Three Rivers’ Passau or Krumau (Czech Republic).
