It is suitable for families and groups of friends who want to experience a unique holiday. Carolea apartment is at the first floor of Residence La Collina yellow building. The flat has two spacious bedrooms. 1 bathroom and a bright living room. You can also enjoy your time relaxing on the panoramic balcony. Our guests have exclusive access to all the inner and outer spaces of apartment. The pool as well as the parking, bike recovery,laundry, barbecue area and playground are to share with the other guests of Residence La Collina. Judith will welcome our guests when they check in and will be available during their stay. Residence La Collina is in the town of Vercana, on the west side of the Lake of Como just 3km from the lake shores. Vercana is a picturesque small mountain village. At the end of August, you can take part to the famous event “Le Cantine di Vercana” where citizens open their private cellars to tourists and let them taste local food and wines. Since the town of Vercana has no public transport, we suggest our guests organize their holiday using their own vehicle. Heating will be charged based on guests consumption at the rate of 0,3 EUR/kW
