The Swim Spa creates currents for swimming, heats the water to 104F, and has numerous jets for massage therapy. House sits on a quarter-acre lot, in a quiet neighborhood. All floors are hardwood or tile. Smart TVs and Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Well-equipped kitchen w/ All stainless steel. Pet friendly. The space The house is spacious and surrounded by large pecan trees, and has a fully fenced backyard. Enjoy the modern luxury of a Swim Spa, which can be used as a pool, a hot tub, and exercise pool. Large fire pit and swing chair allow everyone to enjoy something, while still staying together in the backyard. All the bedrooms have smart TVs. All rooms have ceiling fans. High speed WIFI throughout the house. The living room smart TV is wired to a Bose Acoustimass 10 Surround sound system. Kitchen is equipped for extended stays, so it has utensils, pots and pans, blender, Keurig, and electric rice maker, air fryer, and more. The neighborhood is peaceful, and my neighbors are wonderful people. The 4th bedroom can be only be accessed from the master bedroom, and the middle bedroom. It can also be used to expand the master bedroom into two rooms, or expand the middle bedroom into two rooms. Info About Cleaning And Pet Fees for stays of 2 weeks and longer: -Cleaning fee is based on the number of guests and the length of time the house is reserved, and ranges between $500 for 4 guests and no pets, to $1500 for 4 guests with 4 dogs. Pet Fees are based on the size of the pets and the number of pets. A 15 lb dog has a daily fee of $7. A 90 lb dog has a pet fee of $15/day. For guests who have multiple pets, the fee may be higher.
