Spread across two levels, the cottage boasts a well-appointed layout with four bedrooms, including two bedrooms upstairs and an extra two bedrooms downstairs that offer versatile sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The second bedroom upstairs can be furnished with two long single beds or a luxurious king-sized bed. Upstairs, ceiling fans and air conditioning enhance comfort, while downstairs offers a cozy lounge and smart TV. Downstairs features a large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a single bed, as well as another bedroom furnished with a single bed and small lounge which opens to the back garden. Please note that the upstairs and downstairs areas are separated by an external staircase. The living area of the home features waterfront views through the large open doors to the balcony, a large and modern kitchen, and comfortable furnishing for your stay. This home contains two bathrooms, three toilets (one located outside) and after a day out getting sand between your toes, rinse off under the hot/cold outdoor shower. Downstairs, we offer a convenient laundry for your use. Step outside to relish the lakefront views and the salty breeze filtering through the sprawling native she-oaks. Make the most of the expansive backyard complete with a family-sized Weber BBQ and outdoor table setting, perfect for alfresco gatherings. Only a stone’s skip away is Jervis Bay, complete with beautiful beaches with some of the whitest sands in the world, or Booderee National Park with its pretty bushwalks, extraordinary native wildlife, vast Cultural experiences and plenty of water sports. The area is also abundant with wildlife, providing ample opportunities for bird watching and nature photography. We are pleased to offer a pet-friendly environment, with a large enclosed grassy backyard, ideal for dogs and children to play. Please note that pets are at owner's discretion and needs prior approval. There is undercover parking for three cars and room for you to bring your boat. To ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay, fresh quality linen is supplied. Our kitchen is equipped with a quality range of kitchen equipment and tools, including a coffee machine and plunger, as well as the basics needed to cook up a feast. Extras including condiments and a generous supply of tea and coffee is also provided. Wi-Fi is included – bring your subscriptions for Netflix or your choice of streaming service. Guest access Guests have access to the main cottage and garden area. You do not need to share your stay at Paradise Bungalow with any other guests or the host. Ample parking is available for 3 vehicles and a boat in the front of the cottage, as well as additional street parking. You are in easy walking distance of local shops and eateries, as well as the local Country Club which offers exceptional club, entertainment and sporting facilities. A short drive takes you to the fabulous Huskisson - a slice of vibrant (and award-winning) paradise. Huskisson boasts ample opportunities and activities, including amazing eateries, award-winning breweries, boutique shopping, whale and dolphin watching, historical and cultural activities, and a retro movie theatre. Don't miss the beautiful Hyams Beach - known for having some of the whitest sand in the world, and Booderee National Park - rich in culture and wildlife.
