Modern, Stylish and Cozy Flat In Old Tbilisi!

Our home in Tbilisi is in an historic building near Freedom Sq., the Old Town and all of the major attractions. Nearby are restaurants, bars, and wine tasting venues open 24 hours. There is a travel agency and rent-a car office downstairs. Our flat was built in the 1920s, but is modernly furnished. A new kitchen was installed in July 2017. There are two balconies - one is an open balcony that faces Dadiani St. and the second is an enclosed balcony facing the Italian Yard on the back side. The space Our flat is suitable for tourists and long term guests who may be working in Tbilisi. In June 2018, we installed a kitchen with a large Hitachi fridge/freezer and Gorenje appliance. There is also a Bosch washing machine in the bathroom. We have high speed internet, cable tv and a desk with computer chair for working or just surfing the internet. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and opens into a smaller bedroom with a single bed. The bedrooms face Shalva Dadiani Street and there is a small balcony where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning. There are original wood shutters on the inside of the windows which keep the sunlight out in the morning. The couch in the living room also folds out to sleep two more people. In 2019 we installed air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room. The flat is spacious and quiet. There is also free parking in the "Italian Yard" behind the building. Guest access Guests will have full access to our flat. We only visit a few times a year so we do not have any personal items there.
