Head to the maritime city of Swansea for some retail therapy or simply relax in the garden… the choice is yours!   Size: sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom Beds: 1 x double bed.    Accommodation Ground Floor Living/dining room: wood burning stove, sofa, armchair, TV, DVD player, and CD/Hi Fi. Table and 2 chairs. Kitchen: electric cooker with 4-ring hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers.  Ensuite: bath, separate shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin, underfloor heating.   Entertainment: TV, DVD player, CD/HiFi. Outside: patio area with garden furniture and share of the main walled garden, which features a garden pond. Unrestricted parking just outside boundary wall. Owners asked to keep dogs on a lead in the garden For families: sorry, no children/infants. General: changeover day - Saturday. Wood burner - Wood starter pack (extra logs £10). Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi (WiFi speed is not fast but it is available in the shared gazebo). 4 star rating. Pets: 1 dog welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dog unattended in the property.
