Dingle Courtyard Cottages - 2 Bed / Sleeps 4This 2-bed holiday cottages can comfortably sleep 4 people. Property layout – ground floor: - Open-plan kitchen - Dining room - Living room with open fire - Utility room - Cloakroom Property layout - first floor: - Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: twin sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with newly renovated walk-in shower in 2024 Please note, from the 1st of March 2024, all bathrooms will have a walk-in shower therefore all baths will be removed. Wifi is available at the property. In the picturesque courtyard, there is also a range of 3-bed holiday homes available to rent and a 4-bedroom wheelchair-accessible holiday home. Local Area & Tourist Attractions Dingle itself is a vibrant town, boasting a fine selection of pubs and restaurants. It's positioned between Ventry Strand (7km) and Inch Beach (23km), two wonderful long sandy beaches, perfect for swimming and water sports at any time of the year. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager before arrival how this is calculated or before making the booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3. Towels: Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge.
