Welcome to our stylishly designed “Pool Loft” with an exclusive feeling of living, located directly on the forest and Rheinsteig. In addition to the opportunity to rest, relax, slow down and feel good in an aesthetic ambience, the 60sqm loft offers the immediate location on the edge of the forest, which invites you to go hiking with breathtaking views or remote paths in the Siebengebirge. As well as city culture in Bonn or boat trips on the Rhine to Cologne or Koblenz. The space This open and exclusive loft apartment with its own south-facing terrace was designed in a former pool and invites you to linger and relax. In addition to the remaining pool elements, particularly bright surfaces, concrete look, wooden floors and a harmoniously lit design make your stay unique. LOCATION Centrally located on the edge of the forest with access to the Rheinsteig, endless hiking opportunities in the Siebengebirge and the Westerwald Nature Park, viewing points within walking distance with breathtaking views (e.g. the Erpeler Ley or the Drachenfels), the possibility of extensive mountain bike tours, as well as the proximity and excellent connection to Bonn, Cologne, Koblenz and Düsseldorf with endless cultural offerings and gastronomy make up the charm of the location. The south-facing hillside location with its own terrace on a former vineyard invites you to explore the vineyards and winemakers in the immediate area. Located above Erpel and Unkel, the two enchanted half-timbered places are waiting to be discovered by you. The nearby Rhine promenade is suitable for long walks along the river and always offers enchanting little bays on the bank as well as the opportunity to stop off or refresh yourself. The Rhine can be easily crossed at several points by car or on foot using (car) ferries. This is also worth exploring for you. The train station and an excellent bakery are within a 10-minute walk, and all shopping opportunities can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Numerous recommended restaurants, including some nationally known, look forward to your visit. You can cook for yourself in the fully equipped kitchen area with coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, induction stove and oven. The counter with a view of the living area offers space for your morning coffee. Life happens in the “pool”. A comfortable daybed sofa that can be converted into a full double bed, the table for 4+ people and a long bench invite you to linger. You can sleep “floating” and safely on the gallery. We attach great importance to cleanliness and comfort. The Bodyguard mattress in the double bed offers a high level of sleeping comfort; all sleeping pillows and blankets are hygienically cleaned and cooked after each stay. We want you to be able to relax and feel comfortable. The terrace adjacent to the forest is yours for the duration of your stay. From late midday the sun accompanies you until sunset. There is a dedicated access point for fast WiFi and a flat screen that you can connect to your smartphone to watch news, watch movies, etc. to see, at your disposal. You can use a new sauna including sauna towels, bathing shoes and organic infusion products by arrangement and relax there. 15€/h The bathroom with toilet and shower is newly renovated.
