It has an entrance, kitchen provided, living room, bathroom and a room with canal view, The house has: Wi-Fi satellite TV, coffee machine, microwave coffee, blender, iron, hair iron kettle. Quiet area, close to many amenities; supermarkets, restaurants, bakery. Comfortable for travel, boat stop 5 minutes to the islands to 5 minutes from San Marco and 7 minutes to the Rialto Bridge. The apartment has a well-stocked kitchen:appliances,dishes,pots and kitchen linens. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for a third and/or fourth person,with an extra expense. In the hallway there is a comfortable desk with internet and wi-fi. In these three rooms there are three windows with lots of light. The bathroom has a window with a canal view. Towels,toiletries. The bedroom has two windows with a canal view!!!The area is well stocked with shops:groceries,fruit vendors,a supermarket,baker and many restaurants. They are close to the landings of Fondamente Nuove,where boats leave for the islands of Murano Burano and Torcello. Always from Fondamente Nuove will be the starting point for/from the plane port of Venice(Marco Polo). From Ca 'Lisa to Piazza San Marco on foot it is 5/10 minutes while for the Rialto Bridge there are about 7. Thehospital is 3 minutes from home!!!
