We are just a few minutes walk to Magnolia Market/ Silos. This cute cottage is approximately 1/2 mile from Baylor University and close to McLane Stadium. We are in downtown Waco, close to amazing eateries, and in the heart of the revitalized Waco scene. We are super excited to host you, and we are available to help out with any needs you might have while experiencing our great city. STR License #000131-01-2020 The space Our cottage has 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds and one with a full bed. The kitchen has all stainless appliances and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The bathroom has a full-size bath and shower. The backyard features a tree-shaded lot, a gas fire pit and plenty of seating. There is a driveway and corner lot parking.
