This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes large patio doors in the living area leading to a private patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. With natural tones and tropical accents, this vacation rental includes up-to-date appliances such as a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. This one-bedroom condo also has bunk beds so everyone has a place to sleep. The main bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players. THINGS TO KNOW This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.  Parking notes: The parking code on the second level for the garage is available and the parking space for this unit is 24. Only one vehicle has garage parking and only one vehicle is allowed for this unit. The outside top parking area is first come first serve. The lot in front of Lillians with Windemere signs on it is for over flow parking. Overflow parking is not for extra cars, only one car is allowed for this unit. Parking is limited, and guests may need to seek additional parking off property during busy seasons. Parking is strict, please make sure to park in your assigned spot not in someone else's assigned spot. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
