Shaded by heritage live oak trees, this beautiful home with a gorgeous private pool is the ultimate gathering space for 32 family members/friends. Designed to offer both comfort and entertainment, the outside offers recreational features such as a volleyball net, tetherball pole, two BBQ pits, an outdoor fireplace and more. The designated chef will find the kitchen and dining area well-equipped for large groups, with 2 ranges, 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, a coffee bar, and antique mesquite dining tables and booths from the D’Hanis Buckhorn Saloon & Steak House. Sit on the handcrafted cedar porch swing and smell delicious dinner on the BBQ pit while watching your loved ones splash in the pool, play their favorite games and enjoy time together after fun-filled days on the river. Management provides: pillows, comforters, mattress pads, and all other bed linens (see below), starter kit of 2 trash bags, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 3 dishwasher pods, liquid dish soap, and shrink-wrapped hand soap for each bathroom *Effective 1/1/24, we will not be providing towels to guests, including bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels for the kitchen and restroom, and bath mats. Guests will be responsible for bringing these items. We are proud to be able to continue to provide bed sheets, including flat sheets, fitted sheets, and pillowcases for all beds. As always, other bedding including blankets, pillows and mattress protectors will continue to be provided. Linen fees have been adjusted accordingly to only reflect sheet rental and prices have been set based on house size and number of beds in the home.
