When it's time to ski, put on your ski boots next to your personal ski boot locker, grab your skis from your personal ski locker, walk across the street, and slide over to two Gondolas or the six-person chairlift to ski one of the finest ski resorts in the country. Due to its advantageous location on the mountain and within Ski Time Square, Kutuk 111 is also within walking distance of amazing shopping and dining. THINGS TO KNOW This property does not accept or participate in sports team events and/or discounts. Guest access Check in at the front desk in the main building across the deck from the short-term parking. Front desk hours are 8am-8pm during ski season and 9am-5pm during the off season. You'll receive keycards that grant access to your unit, the parking garage and gate, hot tub, and laundry room. If you're arriving outside front desk hours, call ahead to arrange after-hours check-in. For any issues after hours, contact Strong Arm Security. When you arrive, walk up the stairs to the deck. The front office is across the deck by the hot tubs - enter through the ski boot locker room, and the office doors are on your left. If no one is there, use the red phone on the wall. To reach your unit from the garage, use your keycard to enter, then use the double doors at the far end. Go through those doors, up the steps, cross the bridge in front of you, and you'll see the condo's front windows. Other things to note You have access to a shared hot tub (no reservations needed - your keycard unlocks the gate). Extra towels are provided at the tubs. Plastic cups and serving containers are available in the condo for drinks and snacks; please don't bring glass to the tubs. The ski locker on the deck is numbered to match your condo (111). Keys hang just inside your front door - please return them when you leave. Heated ski boot lockers are available next to the front office, where you can change your boots and store gear overnight for the duration of your stay. There are BBQ grills, tables, and chairs just outside the condo for lunch, happy hour, or dinner on the deck. A fire pit with benches offers great mountain views.
