Downstairs, there is cosy living area with sofas, a television, a dining room table and a fireplace. This area opens out onto the south west facing balcony. There is also a well equipped kitchen with a fridge, a kettle, an oven, a coffee machine, a dishwasher etc. The first bedroom has a bunk bed. The second bedroom has a double bed (140cm). There is a bathroom downstairs with a shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs, there is a third bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet. In the residence you have an elevator and ski lockers. There is no parking space included. but you can take a parking spot at the rond-point, 85 euros a week.
