My house is located in the Sassi on Via San Rocco -73 a few minutes from the main square of the city. Thanks to its location, you can enjoy a breathtaking view and the proximity of the major points of interest. On the first level we have the living area consisting of a kitchenette, equipped with dishes and furniture for the kitchen, table, chairs, bathroom complete with shower stall,washbasin, toilet and linens. On the other hand, in the spacious living room we have a comfortable double sofa bed even for relaxing chairs plus a comfortable single bed. The upper floor, on the other hand, includes an airy and spacious double bedroom with a dresser, a comfortable clothing rack space, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a bidet, a sink, a linen, and a heater fan. Both the living area and the sleeping area have windows and window doors. The overall surface area of the house is 80 sqm. Guest access Our guests will have bed linen and towels, hairdryer, TV, ironing board, iron, clothes rack, baby cot and stroller. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary dishes and detergents. We accept small pets with possible veterinary assistance. Other things to note In our home, your rest will be accompanied by a silence disturbed only by classical music coming from the Conservatory of Matera. No parties or events in our facility.
