Meals can be prepared and served easily at the dining table seating 8 as well as to the group of 4 sitting along the peninsula. The living room offers a couch, love seat, and rocker recliner with a big screen TV. The lower level also features a second family room complete with pool table, large sectional that also converts for additional queen size sleeping space, and 2 TVs on opposite sides of the room. OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE Open the doors and step onto the patio where you can walk out to the edges of Lake Kai to the fire pit or relax and enjoy some you time. Both the main level and lower-level outdoor spaces face Lake Kai for amazing views and are furnished with outdoor tables and chairs.
