Therefore, normal signs of use or cosmetic wear may be present and do not constitute a defect, provided that the usability, cleanliness, and functionality of the accommodation are not affected. Please note!! We are expanding and are building our third guest house. Therefore, scaffolding/barriers are temporarily set up in the garden.
