Great cove to swim , fish & sit and relax at the water. Just a short walk down a gravel road to our dock. We are in a family-friendly neighborhood/cove (no parties and no events) please! You can spend the day at the many wineries, and breweries around the area, shop close by or in near-by Fredericksburg, and of course watch the sun rise and set over beautiful Lake Anna. If they are left behind or the grill needs additional cleaning, there will be money deducted from your security deposit to pay the cleaning co for their extra time. All renters must take their garbage & recyclables with them at the end of their rental. Garbage pickup mid-week for only weekly rentals Jun-Sep. There is a dump 15 minutes away.
