Le Huard – Luxury rustic cottage in North Hatley

Le Huard is a newly renovated chalet that can accommodate 4 people. It includes a private bedroom with a queen size bed and a wall-mounted queen size bed in the living room. With high-speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi), the chalet is optimal for teleworking. The running water is potable and the space is heated. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace, a smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker. The space The kitchen is equipped with the essentials and more: dishes, utensils, cookware, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, Breville coffee machine, toaster, fondue oven, raclette oven, etc. Bedding, bath towels, dish towels are also provided. Guest access Access to the chalet is through a private entrance and is independent. You get a unique access code for the digital lock, which gives you flexibility on the arrival time. Other things to note House rules: We ask that you respect certain rules at all times during your stay in one of our rental cottages: Pets are not allowed. The place is non-smoking. Respect the 11 p.m. "curfew" for noise (music, TV, etc.) as well as the presence of visitors to neighboring cottages. When you leave, we also ask that you follow the instructions: "Check-out" You must leave the chalet by 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure unless you have made a special agreement with us. Here are some reminders to prepare for your departure and make it easier for us to transition visitors: Waste: at the end of your stay, we would be grateful if you could empty the garbage cans (waste and recycling) in the containers located in the parking lot. Fridge: remove perishable items. Doors & Windows: make sure they are closed and the doors are locked. Turn off lights and fans. TV: disconnect your Netflix, Prime, Crave, etc. accounts (we will do it if you forget). Wardrobes: check so you don't forget anything. BBQ: close the propane cylinder if you have used it. Towels: put bath towels, washcloths and dishcloths used in the bathtub. Appliances: Please make sure that the following appliances are not running: stove/oven, washer, dryer. Key: If you used a key, after locking the door, put it back in the outside lockbox and lock it. Please leave us a note to let us know if something was not working, was broken or missing during your stay so we can fix it.
