Holidays Costa Blanca-Mariposa Villas The space Welcome to Villa Mariposa, a rustic Mediterranean style gem located in a privileged area of Benissa, Costa Blanca, just a few kilometres from the stunning La Fustera beach. This villa stands as a perfect retreat, allowing travellers to enjoy the charming towns of Benissa, Calpe and Moraira within a few minutes' drive. These towns offer a wide variety of water activities, cycling, hiking, as well as the opportunity to indulge in the local gastronomy in the numerous restaurants and explore the charming shops. Villa Mariposa, spread over two floors, invites guests to immerse themselves in its Mediterranean charm. The main floor features a glazed porch, ideal for reading or a pleasant siesta. The living-dining room, decorated in detail, merges with a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. The house has three bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and the other two with a shower, as well as underfloor heating throughout the house and fans to ensure your comfort. There is also a small storage room with washing machine and ironing board. With four bedrooms, Villa Mariposa can sleep up to eight people. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the other two have two single beds each. The outside of the house is an oasis of serenity with a large swimming pool, which offers stunning mountain views. Sun loungers invite you to relax, while the pergola with built-in benches and an open porch with barbecue, bar and a large table for eight people create the perfect setting for al fresco dining. The presence of plants, fruit trees, olive trees and a patch of lawn next to the pool add a particular charm to the property. Come and discover the charm of the Costa Blanca in this wonderful villa! Guest access The collection of keys will take place in our office located in Plaza Benimarco,3, Benissa, Alicante next to the Restaurant Cañis. Other things to note On arrival, a block of €500 will be placed on your card as a deposit. · For hygiene reasons, salt, oil, pepper and toothpicks are not provided. Optional services - Extra beds subject to availability: Price: 35 € per day. - Cot or high chair: Price: 5.00 € per day each. - Breakfast Pack for 2: Price: 50.00 € per booking. For stays of 10 days or less, it will be considered a tourist dwelling - Tourist contract. For stays of more than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
